Validity
Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
Ownership & Rights
All loyalty points remain the property of Rainforest Spa. The spa may suspend, modify, or terminate any points, accounts, or the loyalty program at its discretion.
Restrictions
Loyalty points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Points may not be redeemed for gift cards or excluded items. Points and discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly specified.
Account Reset
The spa may digitally reset loyalty accounts in cases of system error, misuse, or administrative actions.
